What is a package in Picfony?

A package defines the features and limits for a specific event — such as how many photos or videos can be uploaded, whether AI moderation is enabled, and how long the event and media will remain available.

Do I need a package to create an event?

No. You can start with a free event. However, packages unlock additional capabilities like video uploads, AI moderation, longer durations, and more.

Can I switch packages after I’ve created an event?

No. Once you create an event with a selected package, it cannot be changed. Please review the features carefully before confirming.

What’s the difference between event duration and hosting duration?

Event Duration is the period during which guests can upload and view content.
Hosting Duration is how long the media remains accessible to you for download after the event ends.

What happens when the hosting duration ends?

All event content (photos, videos, etc.) is permanently deleted from our platform. We’ll notify you in advance so you have time to download your media.

What happens if my upload limit is reached?

Uploads will be disabled once your package’s limit is reached. Consider the number of guests and expected uploads when choosing a package.

Do all packages support video uploads?

No. Only selected packages allow video uploads. Please refer to the feature comparison when selecting a package.

What is Manual Approval?

Manual Approval lets you review and approve each upload before it appears in your event gallery. It is available in select packages.

Are packages one-time purchases or subscriptions?

All packages are one-time purchases for a single event. There are no recurring charges.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a package?

We currently do not offer refunds once a package has been activated. If something isn’t working as expected, reach out to our support team — we’re here to help.
